You agree to notify ph9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account by contacting ph9 customer support through the live chat function on the Platform. ph9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or to promptly report a suspected breach.
ph9 reserves the right to implement additional security measures at any time, including mandatory two-factor authentication, device recognition controls, or temporary account holds, where suspicious activity is detected on an Account.
ph9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank (via InstaPay and PESONet), and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph9 reserves the right to change accepted payment methods and associated minimum amounts at any time with reasonable notice provided on the Platform.
All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. ph9 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph9 Account holder, as confirmed through KYC verification.

Upon Account termination for a material breach, ph9 reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where termination is not related to a breach — for example, where you voluntarily close your Account in good standing — any withdrawable Wallet balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method after verification.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting ph9 customer support. Closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days, subject to any pending bet settlements or withdrawal requests being completed first.
ph9 may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, ph9 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and publish the revised Terms on the Platform. For material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — ph9 will also notify registered Players through on-platform notifications or via the contact details associated with the Account.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph9 Platform, you agree to first contact ph9 customer support to seek an informal resolution. ph9 is committed to resolving Player disputes promptly and fairly, and the majority of issues can be resolved through direct communication.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any such dispute.
